BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The properties known as Les Moulins, Hirondelle and The Studio are offered for holiday rental by the Owners (Barrow/Clough) to the Client (the hirer), subject to the following conditions:
1.	Bookings will confirmed upon receipt of the appropriate deposit and a completed booking form.
2.	Deposits required are: Les Moulins £250, Hirondelle £200, Studio £150.
3.	Deposits are non-refundable in the event of Cancellation by the Client.
4.	The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival – a reminder and payment details will be sent.
5.	Please ensure you have sufficient travel insurance cover as once paid, balance payments are non-refundable.
6.	Changeover days are Saturdays between mid-May and mid-September.
7.	Rental period will commence at 4pm on the first day of the booking period and end at 10am on the last day of the booking period.
8.	All bedding and towels (including pool towels) are included in the price – together with gas, electricity, water and local tourist tax.
9.	The number of persons residing in the property must not exceed that stated on the booking form.
10.	A security deposit of 50 Euros is payable on arrival. This will be refunded following a satisfactory property inspection on departure.
11.	The Client is responsible for the Property and its contents and will be liable for any costs incurred by the Owner for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any act or default of the Client or members of his/her party. The Client agrees to leave the Property and its contents in a clean and tidy condition. All losses must be replaced by similar articles.
12.	The Client shall report to the Owner, without delay, any defects in the property or the breakdown of equipment or appliances. Arrangements for repair and/or replacement of such will be made as soon as possible
13.	The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to residents in neighbouring properties.
14.	All properties and the pool area are non-smoking.
15.	Pets not allowed with the exception of guide / hearing dogs.
